Shipping + Return Policies

SHIPPING:
US ORDERS: STANDARD SHIPPING: $5.95.  ALL ORDERS OVER $100.00 (Pre-Tax & Post Discounts): Ship Free!
  • Most orders will ship out the same day of ordering if order is placed before 12:00 PM Central. However, some orders will take 1-2 days to process.
  • *WE DO NOT SHIP ON WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS*
  • Your order will be shipped first class or priority shipping with USPS which usually takes 3-5 business days, depending on your location.
  • We are not liable for any items once they have been shipped. If you have any issues receiving your packages you will need to file a claim with USPS.
  • You are responsible for providing the correct mailing address at checkout.
 
IN STORE PICK UP:
  • In Store at Sawyer + Co. Galena MO Location Only - FREE.
  • We will set the item aside and you can pick up at your earliest convenience. 
  • Pickup Orders will be held for 14 days. After 14 Days you will be required to pay shipping on your items.
  • *If your order needs to be shipped, you will need to pay a separate invoice for the shipment.* 
 
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
 
We Want you to love everything that you purchase from us however, If your purchase does not work out for you, we are happy to exchange or apply store credit if the return is initiated within 7 days of receiving your items. We send every shipment USPS with tracking so we are able to confirm when you received said item. (There are some return guidelines and restrictions)
 
*Return/Exchange shipping is the responsibility of the customer*
 
*Because of the limited quantities per style and size, we can not guarantee we will have any specific items available for exchange* 
 
 
ALL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES MUST BE RETURNED ACCORDING TO THESE INSTRUCTIONS:
  • Please include:
  • NAME
  • ORDER NUMBER
  • ITEM(S) BEING RETURNED
  • REASON FOR RETURN.
 
In order for an item to be eligible for a return it must be:
  • Unworn & Unwashed
  • No Makeup Residue
  • Undamaged
  • Original Tags still attached
  • Free from any smells such as perfume, or cigarette smoke
  • Items must be free from animal hair, deodorant or any other stains
  • Gift Items MUST be returned in their original packaging.
** If these standards are not met we simply can’t offer an exchange or store credit**
 
**If you send back items with any of the above we will not offer an exchange/store credit and the customer will be responsible for paying additional shipping for us to send the unapproved item back to them**
  • All refunds will be processed 7-10 days after receiving and inspecting return.
  • All sale items are final sale.

Damaged Items:
All items are inspected before they are packaged and shipped, although if you receive a damaged item it must be reported to us within 3 days of receiving your item. The item must be unworn and original tags attached.
